Enrolment and admissions process
Tanzanite College of Excellency Ltd follows a structured and student-friendly admissions process to ensure a smooth transition for applicants. Our enrolment system is designed to be efficient, transparent, and accessible, catering to both local and international students.
1. Application Process
- Online Application: Students can apply through the college website by filling out an application form and submitting necessary documents.
- Walk-in Admissions: Applicants can visit the admissions office for in-person assistance and on-the-spot application submission.
- School Liaison: We collaborate with schools to guide students through the application process.
2. Admission Requirements
- Health & Social Care & Vocational Courses: Minimum entry qualifications (GCSEs, NVQs, or equivalent) depending on the program.
- ESOL Course: English placement test to determine the student’s level and appropriate course placement.
- Mature & International Students: Special consideration for work experience, prior learning, and visa requirements.
3. Selection & Enrollment
- Document Verification: Academic records, identification, and other necessary documents are reviewed.
- Interviews (if applicable): Some vocational and professional courses may require an interview or skills assessment.
- Offer Letter: Successful applicants receive a conditional or unconditional offer letter.
- Fee Payment & Registration: Upon acceptance, students complete tuition payments and officially register.
4. Orientation & Induction
